seminars 04.06.2020 Design Thinking for HR Back to overview Flexible work hours, home office, learning management systems, payment equity, onboarding, organisational culture, diversity and intercultural integration… Human Resources practitioners have always been very good at adapting to “market demand”. Always with an eye on the next generations, university students and graduates, and the other on what competition is doing. It is time to wake the designers inside and innovate even more the processes and services HR is offering to the world. “Design Thinking is a human centered and collaborative approach to solve complex problems” says Tim Brown, chair of IDEO. And what can be more human centered than the human resources topics? With this in mind, we invite Business Partners, HR specialists and generalists to a collaborative work, to address the complex and ambiguous issues relating to people in their organisations and candidates outside it, in a 1.5 hours of virtual workshop. We will learn about the six steps of Design Thinking – Understand, Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test – to get further with out-of-the-box solutions for daily business, and strategic goals. Our extensive experience includes projects like innovating processes like recruiting and selection of candidates, onboarding of new employees, intercultural integration of diverse teams, developing a culture of creativity and innovation and many more. We now launch a challenge to the HR community to come together and look beyond trusted solutions and co-create the future HR. What are you going to learn? The Design Thinking philosophy and process Tools on each of the Design Thinking steps Tips and tricks from the practice in HR projects This is not a webinar, it is a workshop where we will apply DT at a real topic and together, in teams, develop innovative solutions.
