The research highlights a universal desire to learn, with over 95% of respondents actively engaging in learning activities in the past year and nearly 98% planning to continue in the next. These findings emphasize the growing recognition of lifelong learning as an essential tool for personal and professional growth in a dynamic global landscape.

One key insight reveals that adult learners value programs that combine flexibility with relevance. Short, focused learning modules are particularly appealing, as they allow participants to integrate education into their busy schedules. Moreover, the study shows a strong preference for educational experiences that blend training with consultancy, coaching, and practical applications. This holistic approach bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, ensuring that learners gain skills that are immediately actionable in their professional lives.

Another notable finding is the importance of the provider’s reputation and the international scope of the content. Learners prioritize courses offered by institutions with strong brand recognition and a global perspective, as these elements ensure quality and enhance the value of their learning investment.
